Peek-a-Pic is a promotional and advertising platform for independent adult content creators promoting their content pages or services to users over the age of 21. Peek-a-Pic does not offer or request payment from the public for any content or services promoted, as we are only an advertising and promotional platform.
5. Delivery Policy
Your "Elite Member" subscription will be immediately activated when using our automated payment gateway. When you manually pay via for your subscription via Online Banking Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT), your subscription will be activated within 1 working day from the moment your payment reflects on our bank statement.
Should any errors occur, Peek-a-Pic will endeavour to rectify the problem within 1 working day. All payment queries should be forwarded via email to support@peek-a-pic.com
6. Refunds Policy
No Refunds will be provided for digital products, digital subscriptions or advertising services.
When paying Peek-a-Pic via any payment channel, including, but not limited to EFT, ATM or any payment gateway, it is your responsibility to ensure the correct amount was entered. Under no circumstances will Peek-a-Pic refund payments over and above the quoted and requested amount. Should you overpay the quoted amount, your Peek-a-Pic account will be credited with the additional funds, which may be used for future Peek-a-Pic subscriptions or services.
Refunds cannot be given due to system incompatibly. It is your responsibility to ensure your system software and browser is up to date and compatible with the Peek-a-Pic website.
7. Provision of Service by Us
You acknowledge and agree that the form and nature of the Service which we provide may change from time to time without prior notice to you. You acknowledge and agree that we may decline to provide you access to the Service or stop (permanently or temporarily) providing the Service (or any features or programs or Content within the Service) to you or to users generally at our sole discretion, without liability or prior notice to you.

To ensure fair ratings and reviews, Peek-a-Pic offers an open to all (over the age of 18) experience to the website. You may subscribe to Peek-a-Pic and become an “Elite Member” for a monthly premium to receive exclusive promotional discount codes from our models promoted on our site. You will and may not be able to subscribe with more than one account. Peek-a-Pic reserves the right to disable all accounts (including the original account) for any person violating these terms and conditions.
